The Process Safety Leadership for Senior Executives course provides participants with the tools to develop a detailed understanding of the business case for effective process safety management. It will offer a clear insight into how to promote a positive safety culture throughout the organisation through the effective engagement of the workforce.
The course has been specifically designed for Senior Executives and Board Members of hazardous facilities, who are ultimately responsible for process safety performance within their organisation.
The Process Safety Leadership course is a National Skills Academy for Process Industries accredited training course for Senior executive and designed to achieve the following learning outcomes.

The integrated workshops are designed to draw on the experience of those attending through a series of facilitated workshops.
